Amber and Euan’s Secret Tropical Elopement at Sun Siam Iru Fushi, Maldives

An absolute dream of an adventure elopement. Amber and Euan snuck off to the Maldives to elope without telling a soul and I had the pleasure of joining them as their photographer. Just picture white sand beaches, turquoise sea, a flower arch with tropical island flowers from the resorts gardens, fresh coconut to drink and the most still, warm and peaceful sunset you can imagine.

Amber and Euan were staying in a beautiful water bungalow right on the edge of the reef, so of course I used the gorgeous backdrop of the sea to capture their details, as well as collecting a few corals and rocks on the way to make it look extra beachy! Euan made his way down to the beach and Amber was picked up in a buggy decorated with palms and frangipani to be taken to the ceremony.

After a stunning, emotional ceremony (I think we all shed a tear during Euan’s vows!), we took a relaxed stroll along the beach and captured some gorgeous moments of the two of them. We were blessed with the perfect light and I just loved every second. Typical of Maldives, there is sea life everywhere so we even spotted sharks, turtles and stingrays during our couples shoot - idyllic!

After their romantic evening meal, I met up with them again and we had so much fun as they both were really up for a champagne spray and then even got in the pool in their wedding outfits and we just created the most magical photos. I was totally obsessed with these and you will see why below!

I remember when Amber and Euan first enquired about their totally secret elopement and when I scrolled to see “Location: Sun Siyam Iru Fushi, Maldives” I was in complete disbelief. The Maldives had been on my bucket list forEVER and the fact that Amber and Euan wanted to book me to capture this incredibly special and intimate moment for them was such a compliment.

A Dreamy Destination Wedding in Italy: Emily & Charlie's Romantic Celebration at Villa Antiche Mura, Sorrento

Oh, where do I even begin with Emily and Charlie’s absolutely magical Italian wedding day at Villa Antiche Mura? It was a destination wedding of dreams, set in the stunning coastal town of Sorrento and encompassing all the best bits of Italy in one day (think lasagne, limoncello, spritz, late night pizza and a gorgeous sunset!)

Everyone made their way to Villa Antiche Mura, a breathtaking clifftop villa overlooking the Bay of Sorrento for a late afternoon ceremony. If you haven’t been to southern Italy, it truly is the most perfect place for a destination wedding. The ocean stretches as far as the eye can see, with super yachts sailing below and the soft golden light of the late afternoon bathes everything in a warm glow, with Mount Vesuvius quietly watching from the distance. Just look how gorgeous it was!

Their ceremony was beautiful, with just their closest family and friends there to witness it, and after confetti and prosecco, Emily and Charlie decide to do their own personal vows under the lemon trees. I loved this moment, as it can be scary saying vows that are truly meaningful in front of lots of people, so giving themselves space to do this separately from the group was a really sweet touch.

Our couples portrait session was so much fun. There’s just something so special about an Italian wedding, especially in a place like Sorrento, where every corner feels like a romantic postcard and this makes couples portraits a dream because everywhere is gorgeous. We made the most of the gorgeous view, the front of the villa, the vespa and the vintage fiat!

Then one of my favourite moments - dinner! Emily and Charlie and their guests enjoyed a delicious four-course meal that was Italian cuisine heaven. From fresh bruschetta to handmade lasagne, everything was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The fourth course was the lemon wedding cake and honestly Ive never seen a bigger cake in my life - it was HUGE! Lemons are kind of a Sorrento signature, so I loved how they had tied all these special parts of their destination into the wedding day.

Once everyone was full and happy, the party began with their first dance and then lots of British classics! The villa was glowing with fairy lights and the sky was clear and full of stars.

A Relaxed London Engagement Shoot in Chelsea: Capturing Molly and Rob's Love Story in Spring

Recently, I had the pleasure of photographing Molly and Rob, a delightful couple from New Jersey, USA. Their London engagement shoot in Chelsea was on a gorgeous sunny day in Spring and was super relaxed and fun. As a luxury editorial wedding photographer, I love to capture real, authentic moments for couples that are full of love and laughter.

Molly and Rob were in London to visit family before continuing their celebratory trip to Paris. Having discovered my work on Instagram, Molly reached out to arrange an engagement shoot that would capture the essence of their relationship and personalities in the heart of London.

Chelsea, with its pretty streets, crawling ivy, and pastel houses, offered the perfect backdrop for their shoot.

Exploring Chelsea

The day of the shoot was gorgeous, probably the hottest day of the year so far. We strolled through the picturesque streets of Chelsea, with each corner decorated with another pop of colour or a doorway full of flowers. As a destination wedding photographer, I aim to blend the city's iconic beauty with the couple's unique story, creating images that feel both relaxed and editorial and showing off the perfectly chosen “destination”.

Our shoot ended at The Pig’s Ear pub, a quintessentially British place, where Molly and Rob enjoyed a glass of fizz.

A Timeless Celebration: Morin and Tobi’s Destination Wedding at Golf Privé Glyfada, Athens

As an editorial destination wedding photographer, I have the privilege of capturing love stories in some of the most breathtaking locations across Europe. Morin and Tobi’s wedding at Golf Privé Glyfada, Athens, planned with FS Events, was a perfect blend of luxury, natural beauty, and cultural richness.

The celebrations kicked off the night before with a vibrant pre-wedding party at Bolivar Beach Bar, filled with laughter, music, and dancing.

On the wedding day, Morin and her bridesmaids got ready at the stunning Urban Suites with panoramic ocean views. Morin wore a stunning Pronovias dress from With Love Bridal Boutique, and the bridesmaids wore elegant golden champagne dresses complemented by delicate gypsophila bouquets. Tobi and his groomsmen looked super classy in royal green, exuding sophistication and charm.

The ceremony took place outdoors at the picturesque Golf Privé Glyfada, where the afternoon sun cast a golden hue over the hills and mountains. With heartfelt singing, prayers, and a stunning celebration of love, Morin and Tobi’s Nigerian roots were beautifully woven into the ceremony, adding depth and a sense of tradition to the joyous occasion.

As the reception began, the atmosphere was amazing. The family, bridal party, and the couple themselves made grand entrances, each one with more energy than the last. MC Folly Fresh did ab amazing job at hyping up the party and everyone was on their feet and celebrating. The food was delicious too!

The night was filled with dancing, laughter, and a gorgeous sparkler entrance that was the perfect reveal for Morin and Tobi’s outfit change, a super stylish twist to the party.

Being a part of Morin and Tobi’s wedding was unforgettable. Their day showcased how a destination wedding in Greece can be both timeless and contemporary, blending luxury with relaxed vibes. Sunlit Love and Laughter: Charlotte and Dids' Joyful Spring Wedding at Oxnead Hall

As a relaxed, editorial wedding photographer, I have the privilege of documenting some of life's most beautiful moments, and Charlotte and Dids' spring wedding at Oxnead Hall was no exception.

Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Oxnead Hall, Norfolk, their April wedding was a perfect blend of luxury and natural elegance, with a fun, relaxed vibe and beautiful sunshine all day.

Oxnead Hall, with its stunning gardens and picturesque lake, provided the ideal setting for their outdoor ceremony. Under the warm spring sun, Charlotte and Dids exchanged vows, surrounded by friends and family. The ceremony was made even more special as it was led by Charlotte’s step-sister, adding a deeply personal touch to the proceedings. The serene environment of the gardens overlooking the lake made for an idyllic and intimate atmosphere, perfect for capturing those candid, heartfelt moments that define a relaxed and natural wedding.

Following the ceremony, the celebration moved to the orangery for a sun-soaked drinks reception. There was laughter, clinking of glasses, hugs between old friends and plenty of delicious canapés, as per every wedding run by Unique Norfolk Venues!

As the sun began to set, everyone made their way to the beautifully decorated barn for dinner and the reception. The barn, with its rustic charm and elegant decor, provided a cosy yet sophisticated setting for food and partying. The tables were sprinkled with spring blues and fresh ivory florals mirrored the wedding's theme and bridal party’s outfits.

Throughout the day, it was clear that Charlotte and Dids wanted their wedding to be a true reflection of their personalities—relaxed, joyful, and happy. From the heartfelt ceremony to the lively reception, every moment was filled with genuine happiness and love. As their wedding photographer, it was an honour to capture these memories, ensuring they will be cherished for years to come.
