Amber and Euan’s Secret Tropical Elopement at Sun Siam Iru Fushi, Maldives

An absolute dream of an adventure elopement. Amber and Euan snuck off to the Maldives to elope without telling a soul and I had the pleasure of joining them as their photographer. Just picture white sand beaches, turquoise sea, a flower arch with tropical island flowers from the resorts gardens, fresh coconut to drink and the most still, warm and peaceful sunset you can imagine.

Amber and Euan were staying in a beautiful water bungalow right on the edge of the reef, so of course I used the gorgeous backdrop of the sea to capture their details, as well as collecting a few corals and rocks on the way to make it look extra beachy! Euan made his way down to the beach and Amber was picked up in a buggy decorated with palms and frangipani to be taken to the ceremony.

After a stunning, emotional ceremony (I think we all shed a tear during Euan’s vows!), we took a relaxed stroll along the beach and captured some gorgeous moments of the two of them. We were blessed with the perfect light and I just loved every second. Typical of Maldives, there is sea life everywhere so we even spotted sharks, turtles and stingrays during our couples shoot - idyllic!

After their romantic evening meal, I met up with them again and we had so much fun as they both were really up for a champagne spray and then even got in the pool in their wedding outfits and we just created the most magical photos. I was totally obsessed with these and you will see why below!

I remember when Amber and Euan first enquired about their totally secret elopement and when I scrolled to see “Location: Sun Siyam Iru Fushi, Maldives” I was in complete disbelief. The Maldives had been on my bucket list forEVER and the fact that Amber and Euan wanted to book me to capture this incredibly special and intimate moment for them was such a compliment.

Norfolk is so lucky to have many gorgeous wedding venues and Holkham Hall is absolutely one of them (and actually, one of my favourites!). Grand, elegant, and steeped in history, it’s one of the most iconic wedding venues in Norfolk and an absolute dream to photograph.

I photographed Rebecca and Paul’s wedding day whilst assisting Nicola Drummond and it was the perfect example of why couples from across the UK (and beyond) choose to get married at Holkham Hall. It was a super elegant, timeless and fun-filled day, and whilst neither them nor their families had come from Norfolk, this venue had just really stood out to them as the perfect place to get married.

A Marble Hall Ceremony on the Staircase

The ceremony took place in the breathtaking Marble Hall, with Rebecca and Paul exchanging vows on the staircase itself. If you’ve been searching for Holkham Hall Marble Hall wedding ceremony inspiration, this is the kind of setting people are talking about.

This room had soft natural light, unbelievably beautiful marble columns and grand architecture. The scale of the space feels impressive without being overwhelming - there ceremony itself actually feels super intimate which I loved. As a wedding photographer, this is the kind of environment that creates beautiful moments that unfold naturally whilst having the stunning backdrop and beautiful lighting.

Rebecca and Paul looked incredible as they walked down the staircase as a newly married couples with confetti being thrown by all of their wonderful family and friends. The ceremony had been relaxed and emotional, filled with laughter and tears. It really felt like we were capturing something special.

Throughout the day, I focused on capturing the atmosphere as it really felt: the quiet moments before the ceremony, the connection between Rebecca and Paul, and the subtle in-between details that bring a wedding story to life.

A Timeless Celebration: Morin and Tobi’s Destination Wedding at Golf Privé Glyfada, Athens

As an editorial destination wedding photographer, I have the privilege of capturing love stories in some of the most breathtaking locations across Europe. Morin and Tobi’s wedding at Golf Privé Glyfada, Athens, planned with FS Events, was a perfect blend of luxury, natural beauty, and cultural richness.

The celebrations kicked off the night before with a vibrant pre-wedding party at Bolivar Beach Bar, filled with laughter, music, and dancing.

On the wedding day, Morin and her bridesmaids got ready at the stunning Urban Suites with panoramic ocean views. Morin wore a stunning Pronovias dress from With Love Bridal Boutique, and the bridesmaids wore elegant golden champagne dresses complemented by delicate gypsophila bouquets. Tobi and his groomsmen looked super classy in royal green, exuding sophistication and charm.

The ceremony took place outdoors at the picturesque Golf Privé Glyfada, where the afternoon sun cast a golden hue over the hills and mountains. With heartfelt singing, prayers, and a stunning celebration of love, Morin and Tobi’s Nigerian roots were beautifully woven into the ceremony, adding depth and a sense of tradition to the joyous occasion.

As the reception began, the atmosphere was amazing. The family, bridal party, and the couple themselves made grand entrances, each one with more energy than the last. MC Folly Fresh did ab amazing job at hyping up the party and everyone was on their feet and celebrating. The food was delicious too!

The night was filled with dancing, laughter, and a gorgeous sparkler entrance that was the perfect reveal for Morin and Tobi’s outfit change, a super stylish twist to the party.

Being a part of Morin and Tobi’s wedding was unforgettable. Their day showcased how a destination wedding in Greece can be both timeless and contemporary, blending luxury with relaxed vibes. As a destination wedding photographer, capturing these moments of genuine joy and love is what makes my job truly special.
